Overview

Package Concierge is a self-serve package locker system that allows for contactless package pickup by residents.


The BuildingLink-Package Concierge integration allows for the sync of Package Concierge locker parcel information with BuildingLink. This integration enables residents to retrieve their package using a barcode provided by the BuildingLink Resident App, or by using their Package Concierge credentials.

General Information


This integration allows residents to pick up their packages directly from a locker once the package is stored inside a locker:


The package will be saved in the Event Log in pink with the label, "Lockers".


 


The comment for the event will contain the following information:

Locker username: [residentUsername] | [residentName] | [trackingNumber] | [eventDetail] |


[residentUsername] - the Package Concierge username for the resident.

[residentName] - the first initial of the resident's first name along with the resident's last name.

[trackingNumber] - the tracking number of the package (if available).

[eventDetail] - details regarding this package (e.g.: the carrier information).


In addition, residents will be able to locate their package using the BuildingLink Resident App. More details below. 


How can residents retrieve their package(s) from a locker?

 

Open the BuildingLink Resident App.

1. Locate and tap on the "Deliveries" icon on the homepage of the BuildingLink Resident App


Please Note: The appearance of the "Deliveries" option is customizable and may appear differently on the BuildingLink Resident App for your property.




2. Locate and tap on the package. 


Please Note: Packages stored in a locker will display "Scan barcode at Kiosk" near the bottom of the event.



3. Scan the package event barcode at the Package Concierge computer and enter your Package Concierge PIN.
