Installing and Connecting the Dymo LabelWriter 450/550
The Dymo LabelWriter should be installed through our Connector app. To install your label printer, visit Installing and Troubleshooting Peripherals with Connector. Once installed, connect the power cable and USB cable to the Dymo Printer. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a free USB slot on your computer. Plug the power cable into an available power outlet.

Troubleshooting the Dymo LabelWriter 450/550 Turbo
Open the Connector App to check whether the label printer is installed and connected. If further troubleshooting is needed, unplug your label printer and plug it into another USB port. If the label printer is currently plugged into a USB hub, unplug it and plug it directly into the computer. Also be sure that any USB hubs you are using for BuildingLink equipment are powered USB hubs.
