Some users may experience issues with peripheral devices (such as signature pads and label printers) due to recent Windows updates affecting device permissions. This is not a change made by BuildingLink.  Below are instructions addressing this issue in your browser.  After updating these settings, please return to BuildingLink and test your peripheral devices again.
