Overview

The Dashboard is the first page that all staff members see when they log in. The dashboard gives a quick overview of all the important information pertaining to the property (such as reservations waiting to be approved, calendar events happening today, announcements, etc.) and a variety of other useful information.

Management and Security Officer level users will also see a list of employees logging in for the day as well links to add content to these sections.

Action items


This section of the Dashboard is a summary of the items that require your attention or action.   The Action items section includes links to those modules and displays the number of active items in those modules for quick reference.  Depending on your building settings, employee authority level and /or any special permissions, you may have different links in this section than your staff.




Active announcements


Any active announcements to residents will also show here for all your staff to see. Management and Security Officer Level users can also add announcements from this page.




Amenity reservations today

All the amenity reservations for the day, requested or approved will show in this section and you can give staff the ability to place reservation requests here.




Calendar events today

All the Calendar events for the day that you want your staff to know about will show in this section. You can also give staff the permissions to add calendar events from here as well.




Front desk instructions from management 

This section allows you to leave instructions on the dashboard for all your staff to see. You can also  give your staff the permissions to add instructions in this section too.
