Overview
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your BuildingLink experience, we have partnered with Zego, a best-in-class online payment solution that eliminates bounced checks, reduces bad debt and provides revenue protection. This integration aims to streamline rent payments and related transactions, making the process more convenient and efficient for all parties involved.
BuildingLink Payments powered by Zego allows for the sync of resident account numbers through our accounting integrations every 24 hours making sure your accounting ledger has up to date, and staff can view resident balances via the unit overview.Zego partners with over 50 different accounting software systems (find more information on Zego's website here: https://www.gozego.com/company/integrations/).

How to View Resident Balances
Security Office and Management level staff can view resident balances via the Unit Overview. Use the Quick Search field in the top left-hand corner of your screen and enter either the Unit Number or Name of the resident you’re looking for. On the far right corner of the the Unit Overview click Account Information and select the resident's name to see their balance.
How Residents use Zego
Residents will be able to log into their accounts and easily see their account balance in their My Account widget on the home screen.
By clicking the Make a payment button, residents will be brought to a payment page, where they will be able to see recent payment history, active auto-pays, and the ability to make a one-time payment.
