Includes up to ten (10) hours of remote implementation training within the first sixty (60) days of the initial Subscription Start Date at no additional fee. Training may be provided by pre-recorded videos.

 A scheduled training that is not attended or canceled with less than two (2) business days of notice will deduct two (2) hours of training from any remaining training hours. If additional training is requested, Customer shall be charged $175 per hour for any such additional training.


BuildingBoard Subscription

Includes up to ten (10) hours of remote implementation training within the first sixty (60) days of the initial Subscription Start Date at no additional fee.  Training may be provided by pre-recorded videos.

Customer agrees to provide BuildingLink with all necessary information to facilitate a meeting thirty (30) days in advance of any meeting utilizing the BB Services including but not limited to an updated list of owners, shareholders, their contact information, and the make-up and position of all boards and committees.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many hours of free training do we provide?

We provide up to ten (10) hours of remote implementation training. Training may be provided by pre-recorded videos. (We provide 3 hours of KeyLink training for KeyLink subscription purchase)

When can I schedule the complimentary training?

Trainings need to be scheduled within the first sixty (60) days of the initial Subscription Start Date. You cannot start trainings until you have provided the final Resident Data.

What if I have to cancel a scheduled training?

 A scheduled training that is not attended or canceled with less than two (2) business days of notice will deduct two (2) hours of training from any remaining training hours.

What if my team needs more than 10 hours of training?

Customer shall be charged $175 per hour for any such additional training.
