Changing the Color Theme
To view a library of available resident page themes click here.
If you'd like to change the color theme of the Resident Homepage, click on the Resident Site tab on the left hand side of your screen. Then, select View Resident Site.
Click Continue and a new tab showing the resident dashboard will open in your web browser
At the top of the page, click the gray Theme Designer button.
When the Theme Designer opens, choose a theme from the drop-down menu. Selecting a theme will automatically display its preview. Once you find a theme you like, make sure to click Set as Default Theme in order to save your changes. You can change themes as often as you like; check out our seasonal theme options.
Adding and Editing Widgets on the Resident Site
To add or remove widgets from the Resident Homepage, click on the Resident Site tab on the left hand side of your screen. Then, select View Resident Site.

At the top of the page, click the black Homepage Designer button.
When the Homepage Designer opens, available widgets will display as icons at the top of your screen. To add a widget, simply drag and drop it onto the Resident Homepage; you can choose where you’d like that widget to display on the page by dragging it to a specific location.
To remove a widget, drag it from the Resident Homepage into the widget tray at the top of your screen.
You can also rearrange existing widgets by dragging and dropping them into different locations.
Certain widgets will display a small gear icon (top right). Click the gear icon to see any relevant settings for that widget in order to customize it further.
Once you’ve finished customizing the Resident Homepage, make sure to click Save Homepage Changes.
Changing the size and layout of resident homepage columns
To change the width of the columns on the resident page, click Homepage Designer and select the tab for Layout Settings. The layout settings tab will allow you to select the width for the left and right columns on the Resident Homepage. Click Save Homepage Changes when done.
