Overview

Resident Site Custom Links allow Security Officer and Management-level users to add extra links to external websites to the Resident Site. Use up to 10 Custom Links to connect your residents to rent or HOA payment portals, management and marketing sites, amenity services, community websites, and more.

To add a Custom Link, click on Settings, select Resident site custom links, and then click + Add another custom link.



  • Show a custom link on the resident portal: Allows you to enable/disable whether the custom link will appear on your resident portal.
  • Who can see this custom link?: Allows you to specify what type of occupants will be able to view the custom link.
  • Custom link name: Allows you to specify the name of your custom link.
  • Custom link URL: Allows you to specify the URL for your custom link.
  • Custom link behavior: Allows you to specify whether the custom link should be opened in either a new tab or a new window when a user clicks on the link.


Once you've finished configuring your settings, click Save to add your custom link.





To delete your resident site custom links, click Delete for the custom link you want to delete. A confirmation window will pop-up stating, Are you sure you want to delete this custom link? Click Delete to confirm.




To view your custom links on the Resident Site, click the Other links menu; this will display a list of all your available custom links. Click the custom link that you would like to access to be redirected to that page.
