OverviewIn certain regions, there may be recommendations or mandates in place whereby building staff must “screen” contractors, visitors, etc. entering the building by asking them or presenting them with a series of health-related questions. These responses must be kept somewhere that management can access and retrieve information on who entered the building, when, and where they were going, in case a contact tracer requests this information. |

Using COVID-19 Visitor Screening
Staff will record a new event in the Event Log, just as they are accustomed to doing for visitor/contractor entry. On the Open/Record an Event screen, a "Form" field will automatically appear with a link to recording COVID-19 screening for any event type categorized as "People".
Upon clicking on the link, a new tab will open with questions that can be asked to, or shown to, a visitor. Once the answers are selected and the submit button is clicked, the answers will be saved.
Retrieving COVID-19 Visitor Screening Data
The results of the screenings are accessible by searching the Event Log after the event is saved. While all staff will be able to see a record of the visitors’ entries, only Security Officers and Management users will be able to view the specific answers to the screening questions when searching the history.
