1. Make sure you’ve received a “Login letter.”
Each individual resident has a unique username and password that allows you to log in to the website. You’ve probably received an email or letter from your building’s management with this information. If not, ask your resident manager or property manager to help you find your username and password. (You’ll be able to change both your username and password after you've logged in.)

2. Open an Internet browser on your device.
A browser is a program on your computer/phone/tablet that allows you to view and access web sites. Examples of popular browsers include “Microsoft Edge” “Mozilla Firefox,” “Google Chrome,” and “Safari” (common for Macs). Open the browser by double-clicking the icon or shortcut for that specific browser.

3. Navigate to BuildingLink.
At the top of your browser is an address bar which displays the exact website address. To reach BuildingLink, click in the address bar and type in your building's URL, which will be listed in your login letter. After typing in the web address, hit the “Enter” button on your keyboard. This will take you to the log-in page. (As an alternative, you can go to www.BuildingLink.com and click the Login button on the top-right corner.)
4. Log in to BuildingLink.
On the log-in page you’ll see your building’s name as well as two blank spaces. This is where you’ll need to type in the username and password from the log-in letter you received (Step 1). Type your username in the first blank field and your password into the second field, making sure to include any capital letters or numbers. After typing in this information, click the green “Enter” button.
5. Welcome Home/Terms and Conditions.
The first time you log in to BuildingLink, you’ll have the chance to change your username and password. We recommend changing the password to something you can remember more easily. You can also update your personal contact information at this point, to ensure that your building management has the most updated contact information on file for you.
At the very bottom, you'll be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions, which you must agree to before using the service.
