This article provides detailed information on how to reset your BuildingLink Password.

On your building login page, click the Forgot Password? link.

 

 

Enter your email address and click Search.

You should now receive an email from Support. If your email address is in our system, your email will contain a green button to Reset Your Password that will allow you to choose a new password. If your email address was not on file in our system, you will receive an email stating that we were unable to locate an account for you based on your email address.



Option 2: Reach out to your Building Management Team


If there is no email or a different email in your BuildingLink profile, then you will need to speak to your building management team directly and request that they update the email address in your profile. 



For security purposes, BuildingLink Support can only send login credentials to an email address linked to an account.



Once management has added the correct email to your profile, you can use the link below to reset your password.

If you are encountering any issues with the Forgot Password page, you can send an email to support@buildinglink.com. Please include your full name, email address, full name of your building and property address. We will check to locate an account for you. If you have an active account, we will reset your password and email it to you.
