Training Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who schedules training?
If you are interested in scheduling a remote training session, please reach out to Trainingrequest@buildinglink.com via email. It’s helpful to note what type of training you will need scheduled, (Manager, Front Desk/Concierge, Maintenance, etc) and if the trainees are experienced or new to BuildingLink as we offer both New Employee and Refresher trainings.
Q: How are trainings scheduled?
Once you reach out to Trainingrequest@buildinglink.com and they know the type of training that needs scheduled, they will provide you with a link so that you are able to schedule a session that works best during a date and time that works best for you based on our trainers’ availability. Upon booking your session, you should receive a calendar invite directly from the Trainer with the Zoom details included.
Q: How long are training sessions?
Trainings can last 1-2 hours depending on level of comfort with the site, how many questions might get asked during the session, etc.
Q: What types of trainings do you schedule?
Trainings are based on authority level (Security Officer/Manager, Front Desk, Maintenance) and experience with the site (New Employee or Refresher). Trainings are also personalized based on property setup with the site.
Q: Do you offer Board/Resident Trainings?
We do not offer training for residents or board members (unless they have employee access to the site), but you can offer them this link: Click here to watch the resident tutorial video
Q: How are trainings conducted?
Trainings are conducted Via Zoom and may be recorded as a future learning tool for your property
Q: What is the training schedule?
Monday through Thursday, Start Times 10AM and 2PM ET
