Overview


Data entered into BuildingLink can be retrieved as a report or spreadsheet. The Reports/Data tab will show you the reports available, and allow you to download certain types of data into Excel. This tab also houses our Analytics tools.

Analytics


Analytics in the Reports/Data tab allows you to quantify BuildingLink usage in your building. To access this section, go to Reports/Data and select Analytics. You’ll find a Site Activity Overview that breaks down exactly how many users have logged into BuildingLink and entered various items in the last 90 days, along with other activity graphs. 




Reports


Reports in the Reports/Data tab allow you to pull more extensive data reports. To access this section, go to Reports/Data and select Reports. Here, you can pull reports related to management, maintenance, amenity reservation, and occupants with various data points. 



Download Data


Download data in the Reports/Data tab allows managers to download Excel spreadsheets of data entered into BuildingLink.To access this section, go to Reports/Data and select Download data.  To download unit profile information, click Reports/Data, select Download data, and then select Unit profile data. This will generate an Excel spreadsheet with all unit information.

 

Managers can also use the Download Data section to download occupant data, including all the contact information for each resident in your building. Other spreadsheets include Employee data, Maintenance requests, Maintenance requests actions, Event log, Event type rules, Front desk instructions, and Survey results. These spreadsheets are useful for performing further analysis or for maintaining a local archive copy.
